1、 Product Overview
The AIJE series electric meter is a new generation of measurement and control instruments carefully designed and manufactured using advanced microelectronics technology. The AIJE660 can accurately measure each phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, power factor, etc; Using mature energy meter technology, it can accurately measure active energy, reactive energy, and four quadrant energy. It has functions such as time of use billing, multiple rate calculation, maximum demand recording, and 12-month electricity statistics, helping customers achieve comprehensive electricity metering and assessment management; AIJE620 can measure three-phase current and voltage, and achieve functions such as alarm and transmission communication by combining different module modes.
2、 General functions
1. Working power supply: Designed with a wide voltage range of 100-240VAC, it can automatically recognize frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz and is universal.
2. Transmission output: It has a 4-20mA current transmission output function, and can freely select common power values for transmission output.
3. Relay output: 4 freely configurable relay outputs for alarm or event output, programmable with multiple alarm modes.
4. Event recording: It has the function of recording events such as voltage loss, total voltage loss, current loss, and phase failure.
5. Communication method: It can be connected to the upper computer through RS485, RF wireless communication, and TCP communication.
3、 AIJE660 Featured Features
The human-machine dialogue system adopts a 3.5-inch TFT color touch screen (resolution 320 × 240), with a simple interface and easy operation.
1. Multi rate energy calculation function: Multi rate energy can be divided into up to 10 time periods and 4 rates (peak, off peak, off peak, and off peak) per day to complete the time-sharing calculation of energy.
2. Maximum demand recording function: The maximum demand refers to the average power consumption of customers during a certain settlement period (usually one month) for a certain period of time (currently implemented in China for 15 minutes), and retains its maximum indicated value as the maximum demand for this settlement period. Can calculate the maximum values of total active power, total reactive power, total apparent power, A-phase current, B-phase current, and C-phase current during a certain settlement period.
3. Four quadrant energy metering function: It has the measurement and statistical function of active power, reactive power, reverse active power, and reverse reactive power for 12 months.
